Dance motion therapy / Authentic motion
World-renowned dance motion therapists from Belgium. The president of Belgium association of dance motion therapy and director of the large therapeutic centre Agape that focuses on studying and research in the field of dance motion therapy.
Mgr. Helga Neira (Austria)
From 1964 to 2006 Helga Neira-Zugasti was a general teacher for people with mental and physical handicaps in schools. In 1970 she began teaching rhythmic music education. Helga was lecturer in didactics for persons with specials needs and inclusion at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (1995-2014). Her publications include “Rhythmik als Unterrichtshilfe bei behinderten Kindern” (1981) and she has presented at conferences in Oxford, Monterrey, Avinyó, Trossingen and Heek amongst others. She actually is involved in different INCLUSION projects such as forming inclusive music groups, inclusive housing and inclusive scientific investigation for deaf children.
